How we use the details you send us through the contact form on dueflag.com.

Who we are

Dueflag is a product of CoreCare Global Ltd, trading as Vivid Care. We are the data controller for the details you send us.

CoreCare Global Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 08931470. Registered office: Rofta House, Rudgate, Thorp Arch, Wetherby, LS23 7AU. We are on the Information Commissioner's Office register under number ZA089150.

What we collect

  • The details you enter in the form: your name, organisation, job title, email address, phone number, what you're enquiring as, roughly how many assets you have, your message, and whether you'd like Dueflag news.
  • Your IP address and browser details, which we record to protect the form from misuse.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
  • To send you occasional Dueflag news, only if you ticked the box. We do this with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by telling us.

We don't sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who else is involved

  • Cloudflare protects and delivers this website. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details.
  • Microsoft provides the email service we use to receive and answer your enquiry.
  • Our hosting provider runs the server where the website and your enquiry are stored.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 2 years, then delete them automatically.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, and object to how we use them. To do any of these, email [email protected].

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us before you do.

Cookies

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. The contact form sets one small cookie that protects it from misuse, and it is deleted when you close your browser. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical data it needs for security.
